We are committed to delivering secure thin client solutions and continuously strengthening product security throughout the entire lifecycle. As part of our commitment to the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and responsible vulnerability management, we encourage security researchers, customers, and partners to report any potential security vulnerabilities to us. Every report is carefully reviewed by our security team and handled through a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process.

📩 Report a Security Vulnerability

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability affecting an UltrArmor product, we encourage you to report it responsibly by emailing our Product Security Team at security@ultrarmor.com. To help us investigate your report as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include the following information whenever available:

⚙️ Firmware and BIOS version
📝 Detailed description of the vulnerability
🔍 Steps to reproduce the issue
 📎  Proof of Concept, screenshots, system logs, or related files

To protect sensitive vulnerability information during transmission, we recommend encrypting your report using our PGP Public Key. You can download the UltrArmor Security PGP Public Key below and use it to securely encrypt your vulnerability report before sending it to our Product Security Team.
